Three men charged with DUI in Hinsdale
Police arrested three men for driving under the influence (DUI) last week in Hinsdale.
Arthur Martin, 61, of Wheaton was stopped for improper lane use in the 100 block of W. Ogden Ave. early Sunday morning.
Martin submitted to a breath test, which indicated that his blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit (.08). He was charged and released to appear in court.
Police stopped John VanVuren, 53, of Seattle, Wash., for speeding in the 500 block of E. Ogden Ave. early last Saturday morning.
Police said VanVuren was observed to be under the influence of alcohol. He refused a breath test to determine his blood-alcohol level, and was charged and released to appear in court.
Thomas Maday, 28, of Carol Stream, was pulled over for improper lane use on Ill. Rte. 83 early last Thursday morning.
