Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Adds Green Tartare as Off-The-Menu Special

Other regular menu vegetarian and vegan options available at popular Oak Brook steakhouse

 

If you think a steakhouse only offers meat, think again. Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (5 Oakbrook Court, Oak Brook, IL 60523; 630-571-1808) is introducing a new off-the-menu appetizer, the Green Tartare, a delicious vegan option featuring fresh zucchini, asparagus and cucumber with an avocado pistachio mousse, and served with cauliflower tortilla chips for just $14, available for a limited time beginning this August. This dish joins two other delicious vegetarian offerings on Perry’s menu, the Mushroom Cauliflower Risotto, $12 and the Spaghetti Squash Primavera, $26 (also available Vegan).
