The Rose Hotel Chicago O'Hare Celebrates Official Opening with Ribbon Cutting and Honorary First Guest on Thursday, November 15

The Rose Hotel Chicago O'Hare, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, the closest off-airport hotel in proximity to O'Hare International Airport and the first Tapestry Collection property to be built from the ground up, will be celebrating its official opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 15 at Noon. In conjunction with Veterans Day being within the same week as their opening, The Rose Hotel Chicago O'Hare will be honoring female veteran, Elizabeth O'Byrne, and her family with a special first guest experience on this day.

O'Byrne, a native of Chicago, served two tours in Iraq for the United States Army (82nd Airborne). O'Byrne's son also served two tours in Iraq with 10th Special Forces, as well as a third tour in Afghanistan with 33rd BCT. This past year, her son passed away leaving O'Byrne and her daughter-in-law to care for his two children. To give back to O'Byrne and her family, The Rose Hotel Chicago O'Hare has put together a special experience at the property that includes a complimentary stay and meal at the hotel, a $100 gift card and goody bags for her two grandchildren courtesy of the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and free play cards courtesy of Dave & Buster's Rosemont.
